1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- It must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Carefully package the item, including all original packaging, and send it back to us using a traceable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
